Blane and I took Sydnee and Jill to visit Southern Utah and Dixie University. We had campus tours. Jill is graduating from high school this year and Sydnee is considering a transfer. It was a fun road trip!

Amy's Humanitarian Trips
Amy was able to go with young single adults and some families to Honduras and give service. She helped in an orphanage and assisted with dental work for local missionaries, among other things. Amy is good at sharing herself with others. She had a great experience.
Amy spent two weeks in India helping with an eye-care program and being the photographer. She absolutely fell in love with the people and the culture.
At the Tai Mahul
Brooke and Garrett spent the whole month of January with us!
Garrett shadowed a podiatrist in Logan during January. They stayed at our house and we got to smother Estee!
Estee hanging out with her Mom and all her aunties!
Garrett also celebrated his 30th birthday with us! We had a great month!

Jill answered the most questions about Garrett's life right. She was the big winner of the night!
"I like Grandma and Grandpa's house!"
Filled with Gratitude
As I look back on 2012 and look ahead to 2013, I am reminded once again of all my blessings. I am so grateful for all the special people in my life. I have good parents and in-laws, wonderful siblings and of course, great kids and grandkids! President Packer said this in a conference talk that impressed me, because it is how I feel too. It is something I could only learn and understand because of the years I've lived. He said..."Our children will fulfill our dreams if they live the gospel and raise their children in faith." My children's righteous lives are truly my greatest joy.
